Physical Examinations and Drug Testing. The District shall provide the full cost of any medical examination required as a condition of employment or continued employment or the commencement of being employed by the District. When an accident involving a vehicle or heavy equipment occurs during an employee work shift and at work, drug/alcohol testing may be required at the discretion of an employee’s Administrator or Supervisor, with full cost of the drug test paid for by the District.

The Employer shall have the right to conduct background investigations on Xxx Xxxx Employees hired in positions that requires a level of trust with children and mentally and physically disabled individuals. Xxx Xxxx Employees and Extraboards expected to be assigned driving shifts in Xxx Xxxx will be required to be fingerprinted as a condition of employment.

  • Physical Examinations Where the Employer requires an employee to take a physical examination, doctor's fees for such examination shall be paid by the Employer. Except prior to commencement of employment and the first four (4) weeks of employment, such examinations shall be taken during the employee's working hours without loss of pay to the employee.
