Request for Reasonable Extension. A Generator who has submitted a request for interconnection to an Affected Transmission Owner or the Transmission Provider prior to the effective date of this Attachment R may request a reasonable extension of any deadline set forth in this Attachment R if necessary to avoid undue hardship or prejudice to its Interconnection Request. A reasonable extension shall be granted if in the judgment of the Transmission Provider (i) the need for the extension is not caused by the Generator; (ii) it is necessary to avoid undue hardship to the Generator; and (iii) it is consistent with the intent and process provided in this Attachment R.

  • REQUEST FOR REVIEW Within sixty (60) days after receiving notice from the Plan Administrator that a claim has been denied (in part or all of the claim), then claimant (or their duly authorized representative) may file with the Plan Administrator, a written request for a review of the denial of the claim. The claimant (or his duly authorized representative) shall then have the opportunity to submit written comments, documents, records and other information relating to the claim. The Plan Administrator shall also provide the claimant, upon request and free of charge, reasonable access to, and copies of, all documents, records and other information relevant (as defined in applicable ERISA regulations) to the claimant’s claim for benefits.

  • CAFA Notice Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1715, not later than ten (10) days after the Agreement is filed with the Court, the Settlement Administrator shall cause to be served upon the Attorneys General of each U.S. State in which Settlement Class members reside, the Attorney General of the United States, and other required government officials, notice of the proposed settlement as required by law, subject to Paragraph 5.1 below.

  • Time Limit Extension The above mentioned time limits may be extended in individual cases, by the written consent of both Parties to this Agreement.
