The Affected Transmission Owner shall invoice each Developer in accordance with this Article 7.1 for the EPC Costs.
Each Developer shall reasonably cooperate with the NYISO and Affected Transmission Owner with respect to the filing of this Agreement with FERC and provide any information reasonably requested by the NYISO and Affected Transmission Owner needed for such filing.
