Request to Temporarily Modify an Existing Work Schedule. Subject to the operating needs of the Agency, an employee may, with his/her immediate supervisor’s advance approval, temporarily modify his/her work schedule (regular, alternate or flexible) in a workweek not to exceed forty (40) hours.
