Multiple Requests. The Agency may establish qualifying policies for determining which of the requests for a particular date will or will not be granted when the number of requests for a personal holiday will impair operational necessity.

Multiple Requests. Requests for alternate work schedules shall be considered in order of application. If more than one (1) employee makes application for an alternate work schedule on the same day and both requests cannot be accommodated, preference shall be given to the employee with the most seniority in the Agency if possible. If at any time any of the above criteria cease to be met, the Agency may rescind its approval of an employee’s alternate schedule.
