Requester Ratings. Service Provider acknowledges that the Company Platform is intended to refer Requesters only to those Service Providers who maintain the highest standards of professionalism and quality of service. Service Provider acknowledges that Requester may rate and review a Service Provider at the end of every booking. Service Provider agrees to maintain high standards of professionalism and service, including but not limited to maintaining appearance and grooming standards consistent with industry standard, and maintaining a Requester rating at or above the minimum rating established by Company for access to the platform, as modified from time to time. In the event a Service Provider's aggregate rating falls below the applicable minimum rating, Company reserves the right to deactivate the Service Provider’s access to the Company Platform. Company agrees to provide Service Provider written notice of the minimum rating and any changes thereto.
