Requests for Private Plan Changes. 6.4.1 If a request is made under Clause 21 of Schedule 1 of the RMA, and relates to the Waipa River or its catchment, the Local Authority concerned will provide a copy of the request to key personnel from the MMTB as soon as practicable. 6.4.2 The MMTB will advise the Local Authority concerned whether it wishes to participate in the process, and should the MMTB wish to participate, the Local Authority concerned will convene a meeting between the two parties to discuss the statutory and internal processes for considering a request. 6.4.3 Should the MMTB confirm they wish to participate in considering a request; a JWP will be convened to develop and agree upon a process for the MMTB to be involved.

Requests for Private Plan Changes. 5.1 This part of the Schedule applies to private plan change requests as required by section 46(3) of the Waikato River Settlement Act. 5.2 This part of the Schedule addresses those private plan changes that determine policies and rules on the Waikato River and activities within its catchment affecting the Waikato River to the extent to which those processes relate to the Vision and Strategy. 5.3 Council acknowledges that nothing in this part of the Schedule derogates from Waikato-Tainui rights to participate as tangata whenua, an iwi authority, or a submitter on private plan change requests.
Requests for Private Plan Changes. 6.2.1 If a request is made under clause 21 of Schedule 1 of the RMA, and relates to the Waikato river or its catchment, Council will provide a copy to the XXXXX General Manager as soon as practicable. 6.2.2 The XXXXX General Manager will advise Council whether XXXXX wishes to participate in the process. 6.2.3 Should XXXXX wish to participate in the process a JWP will be convened. The JWP members shall include in the first instance, the Council’s Group Manager Policy and Transport and the XXXXX General Manager, and staff members invited by the Managers. This first meeting will discuss the potential and opportunities for XXXXX to participate in the process.

  • Plan Changes In the event the Employer modifies its current benefit plans, or provides an alternative plan(s), the Employer will review the plan changes with the Union prior to implementation. The Employer shall notify the Union at least ninety (90) days prior to the intended implementation date. The implementation date is the effective date of the new plan.

  • SCOPE CHANGES The Commissioner reserves the right to require, by written order, changes to the scope of the Contract, by altering, adding to or deducting from the Bid Specifications, such changes to be within the general scope of the Contract. If any such change causes an increase or decrease in the cost of, or the time required for, performance of any part of the work under the Contract, whether or not changed by the order, the Commissioner shall, upon notice from Contractor as hereafter stated, make an equitable adjustment in the Contract price, the delivery schedule or both and shall modify the Contract. The Contractor must assert its right to an adjustment under this clause within thirty days from the date of receipt of the written order. However, if the Commissioner decides that the facts justify it, the Commissioner may provide an adjustment without receipt of a proposal. Failure to agree to any adjustment shall be a dispute under the Disputes clause, provided, however, that nothing in this clause shall excuse the Contractor from proceeding with the Contract as changed.

  • Requests for Approval If the Administrative Agent requests in writing the consent or approval of a Lender, such Lender shall respond and either approve or disapprove definitively in writing to the Administrative Agent within ten Business Days (or sooner if such notice specifies a shorter period for responses based on Administrative Agent’s good faith determination that circumstances exist warranting its request for an earlier response) after such written request from the Administrative Agent. If the Lender does not so respond, that Lender shall be deemed to have approved the request.

A TGL must be in writing, and may be delivered by regular mail, electronic mail, or facsimile transmission. Any TGL issued by the System Agency will be incorporated into the Contract by reference for all purposes when it is issued.
