Requests to Review & Respond. A Bargaining Unit Faculty member may review her or his personnel file(s) by appointment with Human Resources or their Department within ten (10) business-day written notice, and may make copies of any documents contained within the personnel file(s). Bargaining Unit Faculty have the right to respond in writing to any document that is placed in the files identified in II. A of this Article.
