Common use of Required Placements Clause in Contracts

Required Placements. (a) Transfers by required placement shall involve a teacher who is surplus to his/her present school; who is returning from a leave; who is returning to a school from a Board-wide position; or who, as a result of extenuating circumstances, has been designated or who has been approved for a required transfer by his/her Supervisory Officer.
