This requires that the Sponsor review and update the information at least annually after the initial registration and more frequently if required by changes in information or another award term.   • Payment for Services and Work Unless otherwise stipulated, the Contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, supplies, labor, services, water, tools, equipment, light, power, transportation, and other utilities and facilities necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work.

  • Payment for Service 3.7.1 The Customer is responsible for payment of all charges for services and equipment furnished to the Customer or to an Authorized User of the Customer by KDDI-A. This includes payment for communications or services originated at the Customer's number(s) or equipment(s) incurred at the specific request of the Customer. Contractor shall pay Subcontractor in proportion to amounts received from the Commonwealth which are attributable to the Services performed by Subcontractor.
