Requirement of Land. 12.8.1 MDO shall survey land available at the Rakha Mining Lease site to assess the requirement of any additional land for the construction of project facilities and allied infrastructure. In case, additional land is required to construct Concentrator Plant, tailing ponds, or any other infrastructure related to the project, MDO shall assess the total requirement and survey the nearby area in Rakha. The MDO is required to get the additional land requirement along with the land management plan approved from HCL prior to the land acquisition and R&R, if required. The payment mechanism for land and other activities shall be as per Clause 6.2.

  • Transfer of Land (a) The Developer may not transfer, assign or dispose of the whole or any part of its right, title or interest in the Land (present or future) or in the Development to another person (Transferee) unless before it sells, transfers or disposes of that right, title or interest:

  • Availability of Lands The Owner will furnish, as indicated in the Contract, all required rights to use the lands upon which the Work occurs. This includes rights-of-way and easements for access and such other lands that are designated for use by the Contractor.
