Total Requirement definition

Total Requirement means the sum of the operation and maintenance expenses, debt service, depreciation, amortization, debt service coverage, required deposits to reserves for operation and maintenance and for debt service, and other costs.
Total Requirement means, with respect to any Direct Cost Center or Terminal or Equipment Sub-Center, that portion of the sum of (i) O&M Expenses; (ii) required deposits under the Senior Indenture to maintain the O&M Reserve; (iii) Capital Charges; (iv) Debt Service Coverage; (v) required deposits to any Debt Service Reserve Fund; (vi) Federal Lease payments; (vii) required deposits to the Emergency R&R Fund; and
Total Requirement means, with respect to any Direct Cost Center or Terminal or Equipment Sub-Center, that portion of the sum of (i) O&M Expenses; (ii) required deposits under the Senior Indenture to maintain the O&M Reserve; (iii) Capital Charges; (iv) Debt Service Coverage; (v) required deposits to any Debt Service Reserve Fund; (vi) Federal Lease payments; (vii) required deposits to the Emergency R&R Fund; and (viii) Extraordinary Coverage Protection Payments, if any, properly attributable or allocable to each said Direct Cost Center or Sub- Center. Transfers shall mean the amounts to be transferred by the Authority to reduce Signatory Airline rentals, fees, and charges as set forth in Section 9.05.

  • Such Authority-estimated Ramp Area requirement for Dulles shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the Airfield Total Requirement in any Rate Period.
