Special Requirements means the published requirements of the Relevant Organisations which are current at the time of undertaking Operations.
Special Requirements means those conditions set out in your Offer letter which are a condition of your Offer and/or need to continue to be met as a condition of your continuation on your Programme. If you fail to meet or fail to continue to meet any of these specific conditions and/or Special Requirements or if you fail to give us reasonable evidence that you have met these conditions, we may end this Contract as set out in clause 10.
