Special Requirements definition

Special Requirements means the published requirements of the Relevant Organisations which are current at the time of undertaking Operations.
Special Requirements means those conditions set out in your Offer letter which are a condition of your Offer and/or need to continue to be met as a condition of your continuation on your Programme. They may include an occupational health check or a criminal record check with the Disclosure and Barring Service or professional requirements; Statutory Cancellation Periods means the 14-day period referred to at clause 3; Student(s) means you; Terms and Conditions means the terms of your Contract with us and the conditions which apply to them as set out or referred to in this agreement; Term means the periods that make up the academic year;
Special Requirements means the type of lens design, lens material, tint, or lens treatments.
