Requirement to furnish information. 9.1 The Licensee shall furnish to the Licensor/TRAI, on demand in the manner and as per specified timelines such documents, accounts, estimates, returns, reports or other information in accordance with the rules/ orders as may be prescribed or as directed from time to time. The Licensee shall also submit information to TRAI as per any order or direction or regulation issued from time to time under the provisions of TRAI Act, 1997 as amended from time to time.
Requirement to furnish information. 27.1 The LICENSEE shall furnish such documents, accounts, estimates, returns, reports or other information to the LICENSOR as well as to the TRAI in such manner and at such frequency/time frames as either of them may demand, in accordance with the rules/ orders as may be specified from time to time.
Requirement to furnish information. 6.1 The licensee shall provide to the licensor, a quarterly report indicating the details of ISP Nodes or Points of Presence with their locations and number of broadband / leased / dial up subscribers. In case new nodes are to be installed, one month prior notice is required to be given to the licensor.
6.2 The licensee shall provide to the licensor on regular basis the volume of internet telephony traffic flowing through its network.
6.3 In case, the Licensee has authorization for both Access Service and Internet Service in a common geographical area, the Licensee shall declare to the Licensor, prior to commencement of service, the Service authorization (namely Access Service or Internet Service authorization) under which the internet services are to be provided.

9.2 The LICENSEE shall in no case permit service to any Telecom Service Provider (including those Other Service Providers who do not require Licence under Section 4 of Indian Telegraph Act, 1885) whose Licence is either terminated or suspended or not in operation at that point of time. Where connectivity already exists, the LICENSEE shall be obliged to disconnect or sever connectivity immediately without loss of time upon receipt of any reference from the LICENSOR in this regard. Disconnection shall be made effective within one hour of receipt of such reference.

Requirement to furnish information. 6.1 The Universal service provider shall furnish to the Administrator, on demand, such documents, accounts, estimates, returns, or other information as may be called for by the Administrator. The Universal service provider shall also submit information to TRAI as per any order or direction or regulation issued from time to time under the provision of TRAI Act, 1997 as amended, modified or replaced from time to time.

(i) The OSP shall furnish to the Authority, on demand in the manner and as per the time frames such documents, accounts, estimates, returns, reports or other information including system passwords in accordance with the rules/ orders as may be prescribed from time to time.
(ii) The OSP shall submit ‘Annual return’ to the registering authority in the prescribed Performa within six months of completion of the financial year, indicating the details of the activities of the previous financial year and the status of their continuing the OSP operation. The operational OSPs shall be put in the Active OSP list. Those OSPs who are not submitting the annual return for consecutive three years shall be put in the dormant list and their registration will be cancelled after keeping them for two years in the dormant list. Such list would be made available on the DOT web site.

9.3 The LICENSEE shall in no case permit digital transmission service to any Telecom Service Provider (including those other Service Providers who do not require Licence under Section 4 of Indian Telegraph Act, 1885) whose Licence is either terminated or suspended or not in operation at any point of time. Where connectivity already exists, the LICENSEE shall be obliged to disconnect or severe connectivity immediately without loss of time. Upon receipt of any reference from the LICENSOR in this regard. Disconnection shall be made effective within one hour of receipt of such reference.
