Engineering Details. (a) The Licensee shall furnish to the Licensor or its authorized representative(s), in such manner and at such times as may be required, complete technical details with all calculations for engineering, planning and dimensioning of the system/network, concerned relevant literature, drawings, and installation materials regarding the applicable system.
(b) Licensee shall supply all tools, test instruments and other accessories to the testing party of Licensor and /or TEC for conducting tests at any time during the currency of the License.

23.3 Any delay on part of the LICENSEE in offering the system for conducting performance tests to TEC/ Licensor will not be considered as the valid reason for non-fulfillment of the Roll-out obligations imposed by the terms of this Licence.

(b) List of performance tests conducted shall be furnished by the LICENSEE one month prior to the date of commissioning of SERVICE. The report shall indicate clearly the parameters, if any, not meeting the performance standards and their effect thereof.
(c) LICENSEE shall supply all tools, test instruments and other accessories to the testing party of LICENSOR for conducting tests.

Engineering Details. 1. The Developer understands that all conditions cannot be anticipated in the Plans and may require field changes. The Developer agrees that the Township reserves the right to require reasonable changes to the Project that, in the opinion of the Township Engineer, and after consultation with the Developer’s on-site representatives, are necessary to implement the intent of the Plans. Prior to implementation of any such change, the Developer further agrees that the Township Engineer (and if required by Township Ordinance, the Zoning Board) must approve any deviation from the Plans, unless the Township Engineer renders an opinion, in writing, that such approval is not required.
