The committee shall follow Committee recommendations pass through to the Xxxxxxx, then to the President, who makes final recommendation to the Board of Governors for approval. To date, this process for recommending special research chair appointments (or equivalent) has been effective, but the University also recognizes these procedures should be consistent with the appointment selection procedures consistent with Article 13as outlined in the Agreement.
