Residential and Type I SOS. Buyer shall be responsible for procuring from the PJM spot market the full-requirements service for Residential and Type I SOS that is in excess of the Residential Monthly Settlement Base Load and the Type I Monthly Settlement Base Load, respectively. The Residential Base Load Percentage and the Type I Base Load Percentage shall be determined as set forth below.
