RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY DISCLOSURE. Seller represents that the property ( ) is OR ( ) is not subject to the State Residential Property Disclosure Act, which requires the Seller of certain residential property to furnish the Purchaser a property disclosure statement. No representations have been made by Seller regarding parcels adjacent to the Property. The Purchaser should exercise whatever due diligence he or she deems necessary with respect to adjacent parcels prior to settlement on the Property. The Purchaser has been furnished a Residential property Disclosure Form prior to signing this Contract. If the Disclosure is not furnished prior to the signing of this Contract, Purchaser shall have the right to terminate the Contract at or prior to the earliest of (i) three (3) days after delivery of the Disclosure in person, or (II0 five days after the postmark if the Disclosure is deposited in the United Sates mail, postage prepaid, and properly addressed to the Purchaser, or (iii) settlement upon purchase of the Property, or

PROVIDER acknowledges this Purchase Order may be terminated if this certification is or becomes inaccurate.

  • Student Data Property of LEA All Student Data transmitted to the Provider pursuant to the Service Agreement is and will continue to be the property of and under the control of the LEA. The Provider further acknowledges and agrees that all copies of such Student Data transmitted to the Provider, including any modifications or additions or any portion thereof from any source, are subject to the provisions of this DPA in the same manner as the original Student Data. The Parties agree that as between them, all rights, including all intellectual property rights in and to Student Data contemplated per the Service Agreement, shall remain the exclusive property of the LEA. For the purposes of FERPA, the Provider shall be considered a School Official, under the control and direction of the LEA as it pertains to the use of Student Data, notwithstanding the above.
