RESIDENTIAL PROVISIONS. This Agreement shall also cover residential construction, subject to the following conditions: The general working conditions will be consistent with the terms of this Agreement, but the cost items of fringe benefits and wages or determination of wages may be re- duced. A High Rise / Low Rise Residential Schedule A shall be bargained between the parties to this Agreement .
