Effective Date and Termination Date This Contract becomes effective on the Contract Start Date or the date on which the Contract is fully executed by both parties, whichever is later. No party shall perform work under this Contract before the effective date. An email notification with a copy of the fully executed contract will be sent to the Contractor email listed above upon execution. Unless earlier terminated as provided below, this Contract shall continue through the Contract End Date. Effective Date of Benefits Your coverage will become effective on your date of eligibility, provided you are actively at work on a full time basis. If you are not actively at work on the date insurance would normally commence, coverage will begin on your return to work full time for full pay.
Accrued Vacation It is further agreed by the parties hereto that, upon sale or transfer of ownership of any store or upon dissolution of business, vacation pay for all months worked for which no vacation pay has been given shall be immediately paid to all employees coming under this Agreement, regardless of length of time said employee has been with the Employer.

Reinstatement of Vacation Days - Sick Leave In the event an employee is sick or injured prior to the commencement of his/her vacation, such employee shall be granted sick leave and the vacation period so displaced shall be added to the vacation period if requested by the employee and by mutual agreement, or shall be reinstated for use at a later date.
SECTION 4 - VACATION 4.1 Employee shall be entitled to accrue and take vacation leave in accordance with the policy applicable to employees of Manitoba.
Annual Vacation Leave 30.01 An Employee shall not take vacation leave without prior authorization from the Employer.
Effective Date of Benefit Termination Medical, dental and life coverage termination will take effect on the first of the month following the loss of eligible employee or dependent status. Disability benefit coverage terminations will take effect on the day following loss of eligible employee status.
Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings. After one thousand (1,000) days worked, auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of six percent (6%) of their regular earnings.
Recall from Vacation Leave Where, during any period of vacation leave, an employee is recalled to duty, such employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, as normally defined by the Employer, that such employee incurs:
