Resolución con Causa Justificada. Cualquiera de las partes podrá resolver este Contrato (en su totalidad o con respecto a cualquier Formulario de Pedido o Producto Red Hat, ya sea obtenido de Red Hat o de un Socio Comercial) mediante notificación a la otra parte si (a) la otra parte incumpliera gravemente el Contrato y no subsanara el incumplimiento dentro de los treinta (30) xxxx siguientes a la notificación por escrito (salvo cuando se incumpliera la cláusula 8, en cuyo caso no se aplicará un período de subsanación); o, (b) la otra parte fuera objeto de una solicitud de declaración concursal o de cualquier otro procedimiento de insolvencia, administración, liquidación o adjudicación a beneficio de acreedores. Asimismo, Red Hat podrá, a su elección y sin perjuicio del resto de sus recursos, suspender (en lugar de dar por terminado) cualquier Servicio si usted incumpliera el Contrato (incluido por lo que respecta al pago de los Honorarios) hasta que se subsane el incumplimiento.
