Resolution of Leisure Guest Complaints. Manager shall have full authority and right to resolve all disputes with Leisure Guests, which may include relocating Leisure Guests to alternative units in the Project and, in appropriate circumstances, providing partial or full refunds. Owner shall bear the economic consequence of any such relocations or refunds, except to the extent such request for relocation or refund is caused directly by the action or inaction of Manager.
