Justification should demonstrate knowledge, training, and experience in landscape architecture, architecture, engineering or park and open space planning and design, and other related disciplines needed to complete the project. Geographical service area and limitations (if any) within the proposed project’s service area, clearly indicating primary Respondent’s coverage area and coverage area(s) of any affiliates or subcontractors (if applicable).

  • Submission of Grievance 1. Before a submission of a written grievance, the aggrieved party must attempt to resolve the grievance informally with the grievant's immediate supervisor.

  • Complaint Procedure If an employee has a complaint, which is not a proper subject for a grievance under the grievance procedure, the employee may discuss it with their immediate supervisor. The employee may submit the complaint in writing. If necessary, the employee may also discuss the complaint with the Director of Staff Relations. The employee may have the assistance of their Alliance representative in presenting the complaint. Complaints shall be answered as soon as reasonably possible, but in no event shall an answer be delayed more than seven (7) business days, unless the time for an answer is extended by mutual agreement. If the employee and the Alliance are dissatisfied with the answer they may request a Special Conference.

  • Notification to Unsuccessful Job Applicants The parties agree that any unsuccessful candidate for an ONA job posting will be notified, in writing, within one (1) week of the decision being made and prior to the posting of the name of the successful candidate. The parties further agree that the above notification will be copied to the ONA Bargaining Unit President.
