A grievance means a dispute or disagreement as to the interpretation or application of terms and conditions of employment contained in this Agreement.
Statement of Grievance shall name the grievant(s) involved, the facts giving rise to the grievance, the provision(s) of the Agreement alleged to be violated, and the remedy (specific relief) requested.
Grievance means a complaint in writing that an employee, group of employees, or the Union submits to management, to be processed through the grievance procedure.
Group Grievance is defined as a single grievance, signed by a Xxxxxxx or a Union Representative on behalf of a group of employee who have the same complaint. Such grievances must be dealt with at successive stages of the Grievance Procedure commencing with Step 1. The grievors shall be listed on the grievance form.
Policy Grievance shall be signed by a xxxxxxx or a Union representative or, in the case of an Employer's policy grievance, by the Employer or its representative.
Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.
Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website and is otherwise available from the School at any time upon request;
Grievant means an employee or group of employees having the same grievance. In the case of a group of employees, one employee shall be designated by the group to act as spokesperson and to be responsible for processing the grievance.
Written Procedure means the written or electronic procedure for decision making among the Bondholders in accordance with Clause 18 (Written Procedure).
Grievance System means the overall system that includes:
Personal Grievance means a claim that an employee:
(a) Has been unjustifiably dismissed; or
(b) has had his/her employment, or his/her conditions of employment, affected to
(c) his/her disadvantage by some unjustifiable action by the employer; or
(d) has been discriminated against in his/her employment; or
(e) has been sexually harassed in his/her employment; or
(f) has been racially harassed in his/her employment; or
(g) has been subjected to duress in relation to union membership.
Notice of Revocation means, in connection with the revocation by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member of its Notice of Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent indicating an intention to revoke the tender of some or all of the VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.
Written protocol means a physician’s order for one or more patients that contains, at a minimum, the following:
Notice of Action shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1C.
Notice of Appeal means a notice given pursuant to Condition 6.2.
Notice of Violation means a written notice prepared by an enforcement official that informs a responsible person of code violations and orders them to take certain steps to correct the violations.
Exclusive bargaining representative means any employee
Successful Respondent means an organization that receives a grant award as a result of this RFA. May also be referred to as "Grantee, ""Awarded Applicant," "Subrecipient" or "Grant Recipient."
Notice of Hearing means a notice containing the information set out in Schedule VIII;
OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Formal complaint means a document filed by a complainant or signed by the Title IX Coordinator alleging sexual harassment against a respondent and requesting an investigation of the allegation of sexual harassment.
Complaint means any dissatisfaction expressed by a Complainant orally or in writing to HMO about any aspect of HMO’s operation, including, but not limited to:
Labor dispute as used here, means a strike, lockout, or other labor dispute between the Employer and its Employees, during which time the Employee is not paid by the Employer.
Denial of Service Attack means an attack intended by the perpetrator to overwhelm the capacity of a Computer System by sending an excessive volume of electronic data to such Computer System in order to prevent authorized access to such Computer System.
Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).
Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.
