A. This request for proposal (RFP) does not commit the City to contract for any supply or service.

No other Responses to this RFQ will be considered after this date and time unless it is evidenced and determined that the Response was in the District’s possession prior to the scheduled due date. Late Responses shall be rejected and shall remain unopened. The District does not prescribe the method by which Responses are to be transmitted; therefore, it cannot be held responsible for any delay, regardless of the reason, in transmission of any Response.
