ARRANGING FOR FIRM ALL-REQUIREMENTS POWER SUPPLY Competitive Supplier shall participate in or make appropriate arrangements with the ISO-NE, any relevant regional transmission organization, wholesale suppliers or any other entity to ensure an uninterrupted flow of reliable, safe, firm, All-Requirements Power Supply to the Local Distributor for delivery to Participating Consumers, and take Commercially Reasonable steps to cooperate with the NEPOOL, the ISO-NE or any other entity to ensure a source of back-up power in the event that the facilities owned or controlled by Competitive Supplier's affiliates or other sources of power supply are unable to generate and/or deliver All-Requirements Power Supply to the Point of Delivery. In the event the Competitive Supplier is unable to deliver sufficient electricity to the grid to serve Participating Consumers, the Competitive Supplier shall utilize such arrangements as may be necessary to continue to serve Participating Consumers under the terms of this ESA, and shall bear any costs it may incur in carrying out these obligations. Competitive Supplier shall not be responsible to the Town or any Participating Consumers in the event the Local Distributor disconnects, curtails or reduces service to Participating Consumers (notwithstanding whether such disconnection is directed by the ISO- NE) in order to facilitate construction, installation, maintenance, repair, replacement or inspection of any of the Local Distributor’s facilities, to maintain the safety and reliability of the Local Distributor’s electrical system, or due to any other reason, including emergencies, forced outages, potential overloading of the Local Distributor’s transmission and/or distribution circuits, Force Majeure or the non-payment of any distribution service costs or other such costs due for services provided by the Local Distributor to a Participating Consumer.

Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema. Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.
Client Money Handling Rules 16.1. The Company will promptly place any Client money it receives into one or more segregated account(s) with reliable financial institutions (i.e. an affiliate, a bank, a market, a settlement agent, a clearing house or OTC counterparty) and the Client funds will be segregated from the Company’s own money and cannot be used in the course of its business. The Client money shall be treated, at all times, in accordance with the applicable ‘Client Money’ rules, as amended from time to time.
Investigational Services This plan covers certain experimental or investigational services as described in this section. Clinical Trials This plan covers clinical trials as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-60. An approved clinical trial is a phase I, phase II, phase III, or phase IV clinical trial that is being performed to prevent, detect or treat cancer or a life-threatening disease or condition. In order to qualify, the clinical trial must be: • federally funded; • conducted under an investigational new drug application reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA); or • a drug trial that is exempt from having such an investigational new drug application. To qualify to participate in a clinical trial: • you must be determined to be eligible, according to the trial protocol; • a network provider must have concluded that your participation would be appropriate; and • medical and scientific information must have been provided establishing that your participation in the clinical trial would be appropriate. If a network provider is participating in a clinical trial, and the trial is being conducted in the state in which you reside, you may be required to participate in the trial through the network provider. Coverage under this plan includes routine patient costs for covered healthcare services furnished in connection with participation in a clinical trial. The amount you pay is based on the type of service you receive. Coverage for clinical trials does not include: • the investigational item, device, or service itself; • items or services provided solely to satisfy data collection and that are not used in the direct clinical management; or • a service that is clearly inconsistent with widely accepted standards of care.
