Common use of Responsibilities and Duties Clause in Contracts

Responsibilities and Duties. The Executive’s duties shall consist of such duties and responsibilities as are consistent with the position of a Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Global Strategic Partnerships, including duties and responsibilities as are mutually determined from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and the Executive.

Responsibilities and Duties. The Executive’s duties shall consist of such duties and responsibilities as are consistent with the position of a Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Global Strategic PartnershipsOperating Officer, including and such duties and responsibilities as are mutually determined from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and the Executive.

The Executive’s duties shall consist of such duties and responsibilities as are consistent with the position of a Chief Revenue Officer President, Media including leading and Head of Global Strategic Partnershipsoverseeing the Company’s owned and operated media business division, including and such other duties and responsibilities as are mutually determined from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and the Executive.

Responsibilities and Duties. The Executive’s duties shall consist of such duties and responsibilities as are consistent with the position of a Chief Revenue Officer Accounting Officer, and Head of Global Strategic Partnerships, including such other duties and responsibilities as are mutually determined from time to time by the Company’s Chief Executive Financial Officer of the Company (the “CEOCFO”) and the Executive.

Responsibilities and Duties. The Executive’s duties shall consist of such duties and responsibilities as are consistent with the position of a Chief Revenue Marketing Officer and Head of Global Strategic Partnerships, including such other duties and responsibilities as are mutually determined from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and the Executive.

Responsibilities and Duties. The Executive’s duties shall consist of such duties and responsibilities as are consistent with the position of a Chief Revenue Officer President, Platform including leading and Head of Global Strategic Partnershipsoverseeing the Company’s platform and technology business division, including and such other duties and responsibilities as are mutually determined from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and the Executive.

Responsibilities and Duties. The Executive’s duties shall consist of such duties and responsibilities as are consistent with the position of a Chief Revenue Officer chief revenue officer, including, assisting, managing and Head overseeing the Company in the launch of Global Strategic Partnershipsits products, including advertising revenue generation, attending, promoting and exclusively representing the Company at advertising industry related events, and such other duties and responsibilities as are mutually determined from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and the Executive.

The Executive’s duties shall consist of such duties and responsibilities as are consistent with the position of a Chief Revenue Financial Officer and Head of Global Strategic Partnershipsreporting officer, including those duties listed in Exhibit A hereto, and such other duties and responsibilities as are mutually determined from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and the Executive.
