Responsibilities of the City and the Collective Bargaining Representative. 1. If an error is discovered with respect to deductions under this provision, the City shall correct said error by appropriate adjustments in the next paycheck of the officer or the next submission of funds to the collective bargaining representative. The City shall not be liable to the collective bargaining representative, officer or any party by reason of the requirements of this Article of the agreement for the remittance or payment of any sum other than that constituting actual deductions made from officer's wages earned.
