Common use of Responsibilities of the Committee Clause in Contracts

Responsibilities of the Committee. (a) The Committee shall be empowered to discuss and make non-binding recommendations on matters referred to it by mutual agreement of the Parties. (b) Subjects discussed by the Committee shall not include any matter being processed under the grievance or arbitration procedures contained in this Agreement, or any current collective bargaining matter, unless mutually agreed otherwise by the Parties.
