Employee’s Responsibility. WORK START TIME Employees shall be in their respective assigned working locations, ready to commence work at their designated starting times, and they shall not leave their working locations at times or in a manner inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
Employee’s Responsibility. 9.10.1.1 All benefit plan coverages, terms, conditions and specific eligibility requirements shall at all times be covered by the actual terms and conditions of the benefit plans as amended from time to time. The benefit plan descriptions contained in this Agreement are provided only for the purpose of general information.

Employee’s Responsibility. It is understood that it is the responsibility of each employee to be familiar with the specific details of coverage and eligibility requirements of all benefit plans.
Employee’s Responsibility. It shall be the responsibility of each employee to inform his supervisor of the status of his injury/illness prior to each payroll period. A Verification of Disability form must be completed and returned to the Payroll Coordinator prior to the applicable payroll period. Said notice must be in writing, signed by the attending physician and in addition, must include the time from specified date to specified date in which the employee will be absent. If the employee fails to notify the Payroll Coordinator of the status during the payroll period, pay adjustments will be made when the proper paperwork is received.
Employee’s Responsibility. 27.1. The Employee must carry out the works in a Tradesman like manner and in accordance with the Australian Building Code, Australian Standards where applicable and the Occupational Workplace Health and Safety Site method statement.
Employee’s Responsibility. An employee who uses sick leave shall report that fact to the supervisor as soon as possible near the beginning of the employee’s work shift. If an employee knows in advance that he/she plans to be on a long sick leave, it will not be necessary for him/her to call every day.
Employee’s Responsibility. It is the responsibility of all laid off employees to keep the Employer advised at all times of where and how they can be contacted for recall purposes.
Employee’s Responsibility. At least one-half (1/2) hour before the starting time of their shift, an employee going on sick leave shall report off by calling a designated person or alternate on the first day of absence. The call shall be made by the employee if possible. In the case of provable inability to make a phone call, such call shall be made as soon as possible thereafter.
