Responsibility for Career Growth. It is the responsibility of each teacher to continue professional growth throughout his or her career. Many avenues are available to this end: college credits, lectures, seminars, workshops, conferences and conventions, non-credit institutes, in-services, projects, curriculum writing, committee service, travel, collegial relationships, and work related experiences.
