Responsibility for Content and Account Activity. The Customer bears sole responsibility for the content stored on and served by the purchased hosting service, as well as the activity of any scripts or email services created under it. The Customer must maintain the security of all account passwords and applications/scripts, ensuring they are free from malicious content that may compromise any part of FIRSTPOINT IT's infrastructure or other client accounts.
