Responsibility Premium. When an employee is temporarily assigned by the Employer to perform the supervisory duties of a position outside the bargaining unit, the employee shall be paid a premium of sixty cents ($0.60) per hour in addition to regular wages for all the time worked in excess of one-half (1/2) of a shift. Note: This Responsibility Pay must be authorized by management is assigned by the Employer by way of notation on the schedule. This does not apply if the ED or DOC are on call and available.
