Responsibility Premium. When an employee is temporarily assigned by the Employer to perform the supervisory duties of a position outside the bargaining unit, the employee shall be paid a premium of sixty cents ($0.60) per hour in addition to regular wages for all the time worked in excess of one-half (1/2) of a shift.
