REST AND LUNCH BREAKS. 6.9.1. An employee shall be permitted, during the course of their shift, to take two (2) fifteen (15) minute rest breaks, all such breaks to be taken as time permits. If the employee fails to take any or all such breaks, for whatever reason, he or she shall have no right to claim any compensation for that time. 6.9.2. Employees, during the approximate mid-point of their shift, shall be entitled to a thirty (30) minute paid lunch break.
