Rest Before Regular Shift. No Employee returning from transport duty shall be required to commence another regular seven and one-half (7.5) hour shift within twelve (12) hours of the Employee’s return unless otherwise mutually agreed between the Employer and the Employee. The Employee shall be entitled to utilize accumulated overtime or vacation, at their request, to provide the necessary time off.
