Common use of Rest Pauses Clause in Contracts

Rest Pauses. 4.4.1 All employees covered by this Agreement who work a minimum of 3 consecutive ordinary hours shall be entitled to a paid rest pause of 10 minutes duration. This break shall be taken at times suitable to the operational requirements of the business.
