Rest Pauses. 4.2.1 Weekly employees and casual employees who work a minimum of 8 consecutive ordinary hours on any one day will received a rest pause of 10 minutes' duration in the first half and the second half of each day's work. Such rest pauses will be taken at times to suit the convenience of the employer and so as not to interfere with continuity of work where continuity is necessary. 4.2.2 Casual and part-time employees who work a minimum of 4 consecutive ordinary hours but less than 8 consecutive ordinary hours on any one day will receive a rest pause of 10 minutes' duration. 4.2.3 The rest pauses prescribed in clause 4.2.1 may be combined into one 20 minute break. 4.2.2 Casual 6.4.5 Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 6.4.1, where the employer and part-time employees who work a minimum of 4 consecutive ordinary hours but less than 8 consecutive ordinary hours on any agree, the rest pauses may be combined so that employees have one day will receive a rest pause of 10 20 minutes' duration.

4.2.3 The concerned, the 2 rest pauses prescribed in clause 4.2.1 may be combined into one 20 30 minute break. Where rest pauses are combined pause to be taken in the first part of the ordinary working day will be divided period, with such 30 minute rest pause and the meal break arranged in such a way that the ordinary working period is broken up into 3 approximately equal periods of workwork periods. Providing that employees engaged to perform night shifts cannot enter into such arrangements.
