Common use of Rest Pauses Clause in Contracts

Rest Pauses. 4.2.1 Weekly employees and casual employees who work a minimum of 8 consecutive ordinary hours on any one day will received a rest pause of 10 minutes' duration in the first half and the second half of each day's work.
