Common use of Rest Period (Full-Time and Part-Time Clause in Contracts

Rest Period (Full-Time and Part-Time. (a) Employees shall be entitled to a paid rest period of fifteen (15) minutes for each three and three-quarter (3 3/4) hours of work during their shift. (b) When an employee performs authorized overtime work of at least three (3) hours duration, the Hospital will schedule a rest period of fifteen (15) minutes duration.
