Restitution Guidelines. (i) Within six months of the Effective Date, JCMSC shall revise its policies, procedures, and practices to establish guidelines for assigning restitution to any Child adjudicated delinquent that provides the Child a meaningful opportunity to challenge the evidence of restitution.
