Restraint Period. The period referred to in clause 19.1 is each of the following periods separately: (a) 5 years from the Completion Date; (b) 4 years from the Completion Date; (c) 3 years from the Completion Date; (d) 2 years from the Completion Date; and (e) 12 months from the Completion Date.
