RESTRICTIONS ON ACCEPTANCE OF ELECTRONIC CHECKS FOR ELECTRONIC PROCESSING. From time to time, Paya-EFT shall establish necessary security and identification procedures for presentment of checks for electronic processing pursuant to the ACH Rules and applicable law. XXXXXXXX agrees to comply with such procedures and to accept such “properly presented” checks for electronic processing. Paya-EFT may establish minimum and maximum amount limitations on electronic checks presented for electronic processing by MERCHANT And MERCHANT shall not accept or attempt to process electronic checks in excess of the maximum limitations established by Paya-EFT. In no event will Paya-EFT accept or will MERCHANT attempt to process an electronic Checks-By-Web greater than: (i) $2,500 for MERCHANTS that have been identified as “Existing Relationship” (i.e. Bill Payment) Clients on the Application and (ii) $500 for all other MERCHANTS unless otherwise approved in writing by Paya-EFT. Paya-EFT shall also establish the number of electronic checks that may be submitted on a daily basis by any customer for electronic processing. XXXXXXXX agrees to provide Paya-EFT with any and all information needed to establish such limitations. XXXXXXXX further agrees to inform Paya-EFT immediately of any changes in business activities, rules or regulations, which may affect these limitations. XXXXXXXX further agrees to abide by these limitations as a condition for Paya-EFT to electronically process any checks.

  • Electronic Visit Verification ("EVV Provider shall cooperate with State requirements for electronic visit verification for personal care services and home health services, as applicable.

  • Electronic Check Conversion/Electronic Returned Check Fees If you pay for purchases or bills with a check or draft, you may authorize your check or draft to be converted to an electronic fund transfer. You may also authorize merchants or other payees to electronically debit your account for returned check fees. You are considered to have authorized these electronic fund transfers if you complete the transaction after being told (orally or by a notice posted or sent to you) that the transfer may be processed electronically or if you sign a written authorization.

  • Consent to Electronic Delivery of Documents The Adviser hereby acknowledges and agrees to the Sub-Adviser delivering communications and documents by electronic means rather than traditional mailing of paper copies. By consenting to the electronic delivery of all information relating to the Account, the Adviser authorizes the Sub-Adviser to deliver all communications by e-mail address specified by the Adviser. The Adviser acknowledges possessing the technical ability and resources to receive electronic delivery of documents. The Adviser further consents that the Sub-Adviser may provide in any electronic medium (including via e-mail) any disclosure or document that is required by applicable securities laws to be provided by the Sub-Adviser. The consent granted herein will last until revoked by the Adviser.

  • Electronic Note Signed with Xxxxxxxx’s Electronic Signature If the Note evidencing the debt for this Loan is electronic, Borrower acknowledges and represents to Lender that Borrower: (a) expressly consented and intended to sign the electronic Note using an Electronic Signature adopted by Xxxxxxxx (“Borrower’s Electronic Signature”) instead of signing a paper Note with Xxxxxxxx’s written pen and ink signature; (b) did not withdraw Xxxxxxxx’s express consent to sign the electronic Note using Borrower’s Electronic Signature; (c) understood that by signing the electronic Note using Xxxxxxxx’s Electronic Signature, Xxxxxxxx promised to pay the debt evidenced by the electronic Note in accordance with its terms; and (d) signed the electronic Note with Xxxxxxxx’s Electronic Signature with the intent and understanding that by doing so, Borrower promised to pay the debt evidenced by the electronic Note in accordance with its terms. NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx further covenant and agree as follows:

  • Electronic Check Conversion You may authorize a merchant or other payee to make a one-time electronic payment from your checking account using information from your check to pay for purchases or pay bills.

  • Electronic Access Access by the Customer to certain systems, applications or products of Bank shall be governed by this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in Annex A Electronic Access.

  • Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). Provider shall cooperate with State requirements for electronic visit verification for personal care services and home health services, as applicable.

  • Electronic Signatures and Electronic Records The Parties consent to the use of electronic signatures. The Agreement, and any other documents requiring a signature hereunder, may be signed electronically by the Parties in the manner specified by any applicable City regulation, rule, and/or ordinance. The Parties agree not to deny the legal effect or enforceability of the Agreement solely because it is in electronic form or because an electronic record was used in its formation. The Parties agree not to object to the admissibility of the Agreement in the form of an electronic record, or a paper copy of an electronic document, or a paper copy of a document bearing an electronic signature, on the ground that it is an electronic record or electronic signature or that it is not in its original form or is not an original.

  • Paper Copies of electronic bills If you start receiving electronic bills from a Xxxxxx, the Xxxxxx may stop sending you paper or other statements. The ability to receive a paper copy of your statement(s) is at the sole discretion of the Xxxxxx. Check with the individual Xxxxxx regarding your ability to obtain paper copies of electronic bills on a regular or as-requested basis.

  • Electronic Backups Subrecipient shall ensure that all electronic information is protected by performing regular backups of automated files and databases and ensure the availability of information assets for continued business. Subrecipient shall ensure that all data, files, and backup files are encrypted.
