  • Financial Condition There shall have been no material adverse change, as determined by Bank, in the financial condition or business of Borrower, nor any material decline, as determined by Bank, in the market value of any collateral required hereunder or a substantial or material portion of the assets of Borrower.

  • Drug Test Results 1. All records pertaining to department-required drug tests shall remain confidential, and shall not be provided to other employers or agencies without the written permission of the person whose records are sought.
