Common use of Results of Evaluations Clause in Contracts

Results of Evaluations. Employees will have the opportunity to discuss the results of the evaluator’s observations with their immediate supervisor. Copies of all written reports on the observations of classroom performance of an employee will be given to such employee. The employee shall sign the evaluator’s copy acknowledging receipt of the employee’s copy. An employee may attach a rebuttal to any observations or reports.
