RETAIL AREA USAGE. Landlord will not lease any of the Retail Area to any Discount Department Store Business or any affiliate of a Discount Department Store Business that uses the same banner as the Discount Department Store Business, or uses the trade name of the Discount Department Store Business as part or all of its trade name.
