Retaliation Prohibitions. Retaliation of any kind against anyone who is involved in, reports, complains of, testifies, assists or participates in an investigation, or who testifies, assists or participates in a proceeding or hearing relating to any claim of harassment or violence, is prohibited and such retaliation shall result in disciplinary action against the retaliator, subject to the just cause, grievance and arbitration provisions of any applicable CBAs.

The Company agrees that any violations of the restrictions set forth in this Section 6.03 by any of its Representatives shall be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement (including this Section 6.03) by the Company.
