Retention and Disposal of Transmitted Items. Upon your receipt of confirmation from MidFirst that we have received the image of an item, you must retain the original of each item for fifteen (15) business days from the date of transmission. You will xxxx each imaged item as "electronically presented" or "scanned" after it is transmitted to MidFirst. Upon request from MidFirst, you will promptly provide the retained item or a sufficient copy of the front and back of the item to MidFirst to aid in the clearing and collection process, to resolve claims by third parties with respect to any item, or for MidFirst’s audit purposes.
Retention and Disposal of Transmitted Items. Once you receive confirmation from us that we received your transmitted check image, you agree to retain and safeguard the check for at least 14 calendar days from the date of the transmission. After 14 calendar days, if you have verified that the funds have been credited to your account, you agree either to destroy the check, mark it as “VOID,” or otherwise render it incapable of further transmission, deposit or presentment. During the time you retain possession of the check, you agree to provide the check promptly to us upon request.

a. You agree to securely store each original check that you deposit using the RDC service for a period of at least 180 days after transmission to us. After 180 days, you will safely destroy the original check. It is your responsibility to ensure that once destroyed, the original checks are no longer readable or capable of being reconstructed;
b. You understand and agree that you are responsible for any loss caused by your failure to secure the original check;
c. You agree never to re-present the check for deposit; and
d. You will promptly provide any retained check, or a sufficient copy of the front and back of the check, to NDCCU as requested to aid in the clearing and collection process, to resolve claims by third parties with respect to any check, or for audit purposes. If you are unable to provide a sufficient copy of the front and back of the check you will be liable for any unresolved claims by third parties.

After sixty (60) days and no later than ninety (90) days after you transmit the original check, you will safely destroy the original check. · You understand and agree that you are responsible for any loss caused by your failure to secure the original checks. · You agree never to re-present the check for deposit. · You will promptly provide any retained check, or a sufficient copy of the front and back of the check, to WCU as requested to aid in the clearing and collection process, to resolve claims by third parties with respect to any check, or for our audit purposes. If you are unable to provide a sufficient copy of the front and back of the check you will be liable for any unresolved claims by third parties.

You will xxxx each imaged item as "electronically presented" or "scanned" after it is transmitted to Peoples Bank. Upon request from Peoples Bank, you will promptly provide the retained item or a sufficient copy of the front and back of the item to Peoples Bank to aid in the clearing and collection process, to resolve claims by third parties with respect to any item, or for Peoples Bank’s audit purposes. After 15 business days you must destroy the transmitted items.

Endorsements must include the following verbiage: You agree to securely store each original check that you deposit using these services for a period of at least sixty (60) days. Retention and Disposal of Transmitted Items. After transmitting the Electronic Item to us, you will retain the original Paper Items securely for fourteen (14) calendar days, from the transmission date ("Retention Period"). You will retain and store the original Paper Items in a secure and locked container that is only accessible by persons needing access to such Paper Items. During the Retention Period and upon the Bank’s request, customer agrees to provide Bank with the original Paper Item(s). Once the Retention Period has expired, customer will securely and irretrievably destroy original Paper Items from which they have previously created and submitted to the Bank an Electronic Item.
Retention and Disposal of Transmitted Items. You agree to retain checks submitted via the Service for a Retention Period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of the mobile deposit submission. During the Retention Period, You shall ensure that: (a) your deposit has successfully posted to your account on the next business day and if your deposit has not posted to your account you shall promptly notify the bank, (b) only an account holder has access to original Checks, (c) the information contained on such Checks shall be stored securely, (d) such Checks will not be duplicated or submitted more than one time (unless original submission was unsuccessful and resubmission has been approved by the Bank) and (e) such Checks will not be deposited or negotiated in any form. You shall use commercially reasonable methods of destruction approved by the Bank to destroy original Check(s) after expiration of the seven (7) day Retention Period.

Upon your receipt of a confirmation from Nicolet National Bank that we have received an image of the check you transmitted, you agree to retain the check for at least 45 calendar days from the date of the image transmission. After 45 days, you agree to destroy the check that you transmitted as an image, xxxx it “VOID”, or otherwise render it incapable of further transmission, deposit, or presentment. From time to time during the 45 days that you are retaining the check you agree to make it available to the Bank upon request.
