RETENTION VOLUMES. Gatherer shall retain a quantity of Gas (on an MMBtu basis) received by Gatherer at the Receipt Points as an allowance for fuel used in the gathering, compression, and dehydration of Gas hereunder and other unaccounted for quantities of Gas (the “Retention Volumes”). Gatherer shall retain: (a) [***]% of Gas received by Gatherer at a Receipt Point, when such Gas is redelivered for the account of Shipper at the ETF Delivery Point; and (b) [***]% of Gas received by Gatherer at a Receipt Point, when such Gas is redelivered for the account of Shipper at the Atmos Delivery Point.

  • Volumes The Authority gives no guarantees of volumes. Any volumes mentioned in this Contract, are indicative only and shall not be binding on the Authority.

  • Contract Quantity The Contract Quantity during each Contract Year is the amount set forth in the applicable Contract Year in Section D of the Cover Sheet (“Delivery Term Contract Quantity Schedule”), which amount is inclusive of outages.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Dedicated Transport A DS0-, DS1-, or DS3-capacity transmission facility between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or UNE Wire Centers, within a LATA, that is dedicated to a particular end user or carrier. Dedicated Transport is sometimes referred to as dedicated interoffice facilities ("IOF"). Dedicated Transport does not include any facility that does not connect a pair of Verizon UNE Wire Centers.
