Common use of Retiree Health Insurance Contribution Clause in Contracts

Retiree Health Insurance Contribution. The City agrees to make a Retiree Health Insurance Contribution of no more than the CalPERS medical minimum statutory employer contribution for eligible annuitants who choose to enroll in the City’s medical plan. Retirees who opt out of enrollment in the City medical plan will not receive the City’s Retiree Health Insurance Contribution.
