Retiree Insurance Contribution for Persons in Deferred Retirement. Status as of January 1, 1991 Employees who have elected a deferred retirement prior to January 1, 1991, and who then elect to retire on or after July 1, 1992, and before January 23, 2018, shall be eligible to the City's retiree insurance contribution as follows:
